Refund & Lead Replacement Policy

This Refund & Lead Replacement Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions related to the sign-up fee under the Referral Agreement executed with Lead Empire. By engaging with Lead Empire, you agree to the terms stated herein.

No Refund Policy

Lead Empire maintains a strict no refund policy on the sign-up fee under any circumstances. Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable.

Lead Exchange Policy

While we do not offer refunds, Lead Empire is committed to delivering quality referrals. If a lead is found to be invalid based on the conditions below, we will provide a lead exchange:

Eligible Conditions for Lead Exchange:

  1. Invalid or Non-Responsive Lead: If a lead does not respond after multiple contact attempts over a continuous period of 10 business days.

  2. Lead Already Under Contract: If the lead is already working with or under contract with the agent/broker at the time of delivery.

  3. Duplicate or Non-Exclusive Lead: If the same lead is assigned to multiple agents within our network.

  4. Lead Outside Preferred Area: If a lead is assigned from a location not listed in the agent’s approved areas without prior consent.

Reporting Timeframe:

  • Issues must be reported to Lead Empire within 48 hours of lead assignment.

  • Supporting evidence (e.g., call logs, email screenshots) must be submitted for validation.

Failure to report within the 48-hour window will be considered acceptance of the lead, and no replacement will be offered.
