This Service Agreement shall remain in force for a duration of either six (6) months or one (1) year, as stipulated by the selected membership plan. Lead Empire and the Agent/Broker reserve the right to terminate this Agreement by issuing written or emailed notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the intended termination date.
Effect of Termination
The termination of the Service Agreement shall not nullify any outstanding compensation, credits, discounts, or amounts owed or payable due to a Lead Acceptance by the Broker/Agent prior to the termination.
Manual Renewal
For bi-annual or annual plans with Lead Empire, manual renewal is required utilizing the provided payment information. To extend the Plan beyond each anniversary date (Renewal Date), the renewal process must be initiated by the Member. The Membership Fee shall be charged to the designated payment method only upon explicit confirmation of renewal.
Cancellation Steps
To initiate the cancellation of the Plan, written or emailed notice must be provided at least fourteen (14) business days in advance to the other party. The Agent/Broker is required to fully complete and submit the “service cancellation form” to Lead Empire via email at support@Leadempire.us. Upon confirmation of cancellation, a unique cancellation confirmation number will be issued.
